岗位：用户体验实习生
时间：至少三个月

地点：联想北京园区全球总部

岗位描述
Closely collaborate with other UX researchers and UX/UI designers.
Support senior researchers to run usability testing, including study and questionnaire design, conducting user interviews/data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
Able to conduct desk research and competitor research independently.

岗位要求
Currently studying in university or graduate school in technology or behavioral science: Human-computer interaction, consumer behavior, psychology, information systems, computer science, statistics, or design.
Previous school project or job experience in user research and statistical data analysis.
Native-level Chinese proficiency, good at written English and able to write professional research report in English.
Passionate about user research and technology, has empathy to user problems, great attention to details, and strong logical thinking.
